To honor my fan(s), I have come up with a fan appreciation-participation theme. Here is your big chance; pick a subject you wish to see photographed here, (within reason, of course). I will then try within the week to get a pick of that subject you specified. Should be fun, could be fun, would be fun.
Maybe we should name and label this the "MK Photo-op"; MK's belated prize.
Please let me know, maybe it will be a weekly installment.

Ok, I thought of something. I would like to see a picture of an old red barn.
Hmmm, an old red barn...I'm on it, greeat idea! But I think I will need more timem, more than one week. Old red barns are pretty scarce here in the 'burbs. Tough to locate one. Thanks!
Is there such a thing as a positive shot of the bridge collapse? With so much sorrow over the past week, it would be nice to see a positive spin...
can you photograph someone or something which Minnesota is known for like Mary Tyler Moore (the stature), Spam (the food), Wally the Beerman, Pigs Eye (the beer)...something fun we are known for.....

Nopes - Great, I have a mission! Look for it soon, but Wally the Beerman may be tough to do. I have something else in mind that may fit your criteria until I can photo your request.
how about a picture of two things that go together great, like pizza and beer, Spring and tulips, rivers and catfish, Starsky and Hutch.....

As a Lover of Red Wine, how about a picture of a few glasses of various Red wines to compare the contrast between the red hues? Just make sure you share the wine!
Oy, that is asking for a lot of open wine bottles. I'll see what I can do with a goblet of Barolo, Valpolicella, Chianti Classico, and a Beaujolais.
Check back to the old red barn blog; Mr Kakeroo requested "Old Rug Burn" - not "Old Rug Barn". However, a photo of an "Old Barn Rug" would be nice.
