I 35W - in Memorandum

July 1st, my wife and I went on one of our "Urban Trekking" photo expeditions to one of my favorite areas in Minneapolis. That would be at the Mill Ruins Park area on the south shore of the Mississippi River. I have uploaded the best photos of a paddleboat we enjoyed watching on it's way down river.




However, today, in light of the tragic news of the collapse of the Interstate 35W bridge, we discovered we captered the bridge on camera. I have uploaded the two photos into our 'Minneapolis Sunday Afternoon' Album. From this perspective, you can see the height it once stood.
