We have quite a few pedestrian bridges in our city, too.
Nice photo! When did you take this one? I bet it wasn't tonight because, uh, IT IS SNOWING! April 11 and snow. Can you believe it?

Awesome night time capture. Excellent lighting I must say. What I can't figure out is, if there is snow on the ground [just a tad] or is it light reflecting off the grass looking a bit white like snow.

The tone of the photograph softens the image and gives the light a soft, almost romantic, appearance.
