Punch Pizza, Neapolitan style pizza in Minnesota baked at 800 degrees for 90 seconds in a wood fired brick oven. A great place to stand in the entryway behind the brick oven on a cold winter afternoon.
This restaurant is on our once a month lunch circuit. Today, I had the Palermo; Spiced salami, sun dried tomatos, saracene olive, oregano. Bravissimo!

How did you get that picture?! I asked at the Punch on Cleveland Avenue in St. Paul and they refused my request!
ReplyDeleteSounds great. Love the color of the oven.
ReplyDeleteThey agree: in winter it is pleasant to eat a beautiful pizza next to the oven. Ciao.
