Smoke 'em while you got 'em. But I am not a smoker. Something that is legal to purchase is now illegal to enjoy. Soon businesses like this will close. But where will the tax money come from?

ReplyDeleteI quit smoking after 47 years in 1996 one day befoe aneurysm surgery. After that, I discovered smoking also gave me heart disease and emphysema and asthma. It is probably not the best thing to get addicted to.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I didn't smoke and couldn't afford cigarettes when I went into the Army in 1953. The Army gave us free cigarettes in our C-rations (meals) so they got me addicted. They got lots of people addicted.
Times have changed.
