Peony

An attempt at a macro shot. Pretty flowers with huge blooms, but they are short lived.

My wife's favorite flower. She even tried to sniff the screen.

Very nice Macro shot! Do you have a macro lens or just used your magical photo talents to make the macro shot?

Nice Marco shot DL. I love Peonies, and they make very pretty picutes. I have a few on my Just M blog from earlier in the spring.

Thanks for the suggestions on places to see. I am going to be Staying in St Michael on the 26th and 27th, heading to Duluth the 28th and 29th and then staying in Eagan on the 30th. Lots of driving and lots of work, but I hope to spend that Sunday afternoon and evening exploring and taking photos.

If that's only an attempt, I wonder what the real shot will look like! ;-) It's gorgeous!
