That's an awesome photo! It has a lot of character.
Looks like an automotive shop. I really like the way this turned out.
why has it closed? poor local economic factors?
Dilapidation - but nothing dilapidated about image quality.
And I was just planning to take the car in for an oil change! Nice B & W.
The HDR (?) effect makes it even more eerie. They are closing right and left down here as well. It's a sad time.

Amazing shot...spooky. Looks like this one has been abandoned for a long time. SAD...
This was one of my favorite buildings from this walk. It was so ominous and ..... deserted. I have a similar shot to this but never thought to put the B&W spin to it. Pretty cool.
