ReplyDeleteit is always pleasant to return to admire your splendid photos.
ReplyDeleteMore nice shots, but what are those high rise buildings doing in Paris?? No!!! As for the other view, is that water I see in the background? You've got me disoriented with this one.
ReplyDeleteI love the gargoyle shot!
ReplyDeletej'aime beaucoup ta photo de la gargouille.
ReplyDeleteI love your photo of the gargoyle.
These gargoyles always freak me out!! Love the distance in the backround...
ReplyDeleteBoth of these shots are great, but I especially like the gargoyle!
ReplyDeleteAh! Paris! "Louis" lived there for a time, on rue-Saint-Antoine in the 4 ème on the right bank of la Seine, very near Nôtre-Dame. "Louis" would walk to Nôtre-Dame for Mass on Sunday mornings. With la Saint-Chapelle also very near, "Louis" went to some of the many concerts held in that gothic gem. That is a splendid view of Martyr's Mountain (Montmartre) and Sacré-Coeur you got from l'arc de Triomphe
ReplyDeleteWow! There's a view or two of Paris we don't normally see. Well done!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful photos of Paris!
