Send some of that snow my way. Your pictures are always so crisp and clean. Are these straight out of the camera or are you using a photo editing program?
We're sure loving the white Christmas in The Cities this year... and I am very happy that I am not the one who has to shovel. That is not something I miss!
Nice job on cleaning the driveway off. Must have used a snow blower or a new shovel. Mine never looks this good and now, with all my health issues, I can't even get outside to do anything when it is cold.
Snow speak. I can't participate. I have been to the Botanical Gardens photographing camellia blossoms today. Oh, DL are you dewildered too? V PS I'm like Abe. Like your house. He and I are nosy. He wouldn't ask but I will. We want to see inside too.
Your house is so attractive! And that driveway and the snow have not defeated you, yet. I surmise that they won't, you're seem pretty determined to me.
I can see that the incessant snow is starting to have the predicted effect on temperaments. It will only get worse as winter grinds on. We moved south after the winter in Wisconsin when our 2 year old started repeating my husband's expletives when it snowed AGAIN.....
I know EXACTLY what you mean!
ReplyDeletetechnical question: have you had issues with your mirror freezing up after extended periods outside?
I should think I'd be tired of it all by now...

ReplyDeleteRumor has it we're about to get 3-6", so your wishes to use the snowblower may come true!!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great holiday.

ReplyDeleteWell I can't really comment. We've had no snow here :(
ReplyDeleteLooks like a very comfortable home in a very nice location and...shoveling snow is a good physical excercise!!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to and to your family!

ReplyDeleteI COMPLETELY agree with you. Enough of this few inches at a time crap. If you're gonna snow... well then, SNOW!
ReplyDeleteCouple of inches, I don't bother except for the sidewalk up to the house. Anything more gets the snow blower.
