Hi Dusty, Great shot it works really well in mono. I bet this old caboose could tell a few stories.
ReplyDeleteYou know, I've never seen the inside of a caboose before...really. Never even gave it much thought. I'll never look at them again without thinking of it now! Thanks...
ReplyDeleteAnother memory jerker...all the trains of my childhood had cabooses! I agree, and I've thought many times a train without a caboose is like a dog without a tail.
ReplyDeleteVery cool B&W!
Hi, great picture, I love the stove, could come in handy in the near future, than we can collect wood to cook a meal instead of with gass. Cheers from Marcel
ReplyDeletegreat b&w.

I so much agree. What a treasure!
ReplyDeleteVery cool shot. I know there are a few enthusiasts who buy and renovate these old cabooses and some even use them as weekend getaways. I know of a person who has one on their property and uses is as a "guest cottage"...very cool!
ReplyDeleteMust have been really something to travel on these ones!!
ReplyDeleteNice shot! Remember being so excited to see the caboose go by when you were a kid?
ReplyDeleteGreat contrast in this shot. I like it.
