Gosh still winter there. Hope spring arrives soon

I think I used to live there! Nah, just kidding. But the snowy steps look familiar. And then it would pack down, ice up, and be impossible to shovel. Procrastination can get you in big trouble in Minn. in the winter time!

Love the photo!

Love the open gate but the steps look slippery!

The angle and open gate to the pretty yellow house is a nice touch! Although I could not bear to go out and have to actually shovel snow. That would be a whole new concept for me. Now, back to the absinthe and ouzo, I take it from your comment you enjoy ouzo. I liked Ouzo and learned to drink it when I was in Greece. I thought absinthe was going to be like ouzo but was surprised that it is different. Absinthe is green in color and more smooth. I think of Ouzo as more like a vodka/licorice flavored alcoholic drink. you will have to try the absinthe experience once to compare.

Although it is a beautiful photo, I think I'll stay away for awhile yet. Mn can be wondeful in summer, but difficult in winter. I wonder if "april is the cruelest month" this year"??

It's a beautiful photo DL, but I don't miss that treacherous walk up the snowy steps!
