Osprey


Osprey in flight.
Notice the split wing. He suffered this injury years ago from a fight with a Bald Eagle.



Nesting pair, he brings wood material for nest building on the platform. Since this photo, they moved to their other nest on the power tower. More to come.

Nice photos Dusty. After last weekend at the raptor release I realized just how tough it is to get this critters in your lens.

I was up at the Dam last Sunday to check it out. Maybe we can meet up there some time and bike around, and get a few photos on the side.

Dusty "Birdman" Lens. Nice one. And as Snapshutter said its hard to get them in your lens, I know I've tried.
