I really like this. Now you'll tell me that you planned the symmetry between the colour of the sand and the building behind, as well as the points of the sand piles almost matching the vertical columns on the building; or am I seeing too much in this. Great shot though.
This is a scene that brings back lots of memories about growing up in Quincy Illinois. We used to watch the barges passing all the time. I spent many family evenings at the lock and dam watching the barges unhook and hook up again as the passed through the dam. Ahh..the good old days of youth.
