A very interesting photo. I like the rusty fire hydrant, post, bike and brick pavers. A nice combination of materials and contrasting colors.

Every time I see a bike chained like this I remember seeing one chained and the tires were stolen as was the handlebars and seat.

In Manchester, England where I used to live until this summer, bikes chained like that remained chained for maximum 20 minutes. Great photo!
