Peregrine Falcon

Raptor Release at Richardson Nature Center in Bloomington, Minnesota. This handsome falcon posed for us photographers.

  3. stunning. amazing that you captured that look into the soul of you and the camera. Hopefully his release is successful. I always enjoy the photography on your site. Thanks for your comments on my site about the night and dusk photos. I agree that the light before sunset when the sky gets so blue is a great time to photograph. The sky can change colors so much in a short time. I really like the brilliant colors we can sometimes get in the Southwest. I will have the full moon shots up over the next three days and today i posted a saguaro cactus and used the painted light technique. Using the tips from the night photography class has been very interesting. I am looking forward to taking more dusk and night shots.
