5 seconds on the shutter...do you use a remote release? My D40X has a wireless one but I don't love how it works. Instead of just sticking it in somewhere and pressing it vs the shutter button, you have to go into the menu and change the setting before you can use...and even then it's range is limited. No other choice though...
