Iced Lava



Dam ice is getting thicker on the dam at Coon Rapids Dam. This is just below the spillway.

    Good grief, I've never seen this! I spend all my time on lakes and smooth-running rivers. I'll have to check this out! Is it till doing this? Is this a 31 degree slush effect?
