Good grief, I've never seen this! I spend all my time on lakes and smooth-running rivers. I'll have to check this out! Is it till doing this? Is this a 31 degree slush effect?

What a wonderful photo. I've seen frozen lakes, but never something quite like that. Amazing, really.
