An early autumn morning at the lake in northern Minnesota.Waiting for the morning coffee to brew, I set out in the early morning for some photo opportunities. Not a sound, except for the birds singing their wake up calls and the gentle lap of the waves on shore.

Well everyone so poetic I think I just need to keep quiet. I see fall color peeping out. We don't have a singe leaf here yet although we have some brown ones starting to fall. Hope that's not a sign of a drab autumn. Last year was our best one. Lovely photo DL.
