Quiet Bay

A walk down the road to the end of the point to catch a glimps of this quiet bay. Between the road and this bay is a tamarack bog, guaranteed to get your feet wet. If not carfeul, you'll sink to your knees. Luckily, I remained dry. Pop soaked his foot with an errant step.

Beautiful scene...I'm going to have to go look up "tamarac" now. That's the name of the Florida town I live in.

Oh this is grand DL. The color is spectacular. A little saturation or is that how you grow em up there? Regardless, it's a winnner.

Superb, wet feet and all. Autumn hues and a mirror reflection all in perfect harmony.

Sounds dangerous. But, certainly worth the risk for a shot like this!

For this kind of beauty, I'd take the risk. Gorgeous photo, Rob!
